“Pick up and return of vehicle went smoothly. Pick up was a little slow because they were busy and only two staff were working. But the gentlemen were friendly and kept me updated. My reserved car was not available so I was upgraded for no extra cost. The extra room was helpful (but the choice of a minivan wasn't very exciting). As friendly as the staff was, I didn't appreciate the hard sell for the extra insurance. I explained that my personal insurance has me covered, but he continued to push and slowed down the transaction. Once I agreed to the $20 fee, we wrapped up the transaction within seconds. Return of the van was fast and he helped me with some empty boxes. All in all, a positive experience.”
