Formally known as KCIR race way.
Bike trail. Good place to walk,take your kids to run and let loose.
Small area to park. No benches, trash cans or restrooms.
I was there for a balloon release. It was the perfect place.

(November 1, 2018, 7:35 am)Nice dog route and bicycle. I do miss KCIR RaceTrac that is why I was there to do a balloon release for one of the former racers.
A huge suggestion, trash cans maybe a couple benches. Numerous people were walking their dogs and riding their bikes. Before and after doing either of these you may need a bench or trash can.
