They were able to handle my trade in and pay off paperwork promptly, so I didn't have to worry about any issues when I headed back out of state. The staff was helpful, friendly, and the dealership itself is very nice. There are plenty of things to keep you occupied during waiting periods. Overall I was very happy with my experience.

(September 24, 2018, 6:25 pm)Before going to Adams Toyota, I went to several dealerships and used car lots looking for a car within my price range with lowish mileage. I became very stressed and concerned that I wouldn't be able to find anything. The whole process took about a week and a half. One night, I just happened to come across a car online at this dealership. I put in an inquiry and was contacted about the car by Gonzalo. From the beginning, Gonzalo was kind, courteous, and honest about the car I was looking into. He answered all the questions and concerns I had. I worked with Gonzalo to view and test drive the car on 2 different days, but because of my schedule wasn't able to come in to sign the paperwork to purchase it until a day later which happened to be his day off. Gonzalo went out of his way and came in on his day off to assist in the paperwork process for me to sign to purchase it. In my search, this was the most genuine and caring dealership I encountered. The whole car buying process here was easy, non-stressful, and I experienced no sales pressure unlike the other dealerships I encountered. I love my new car and I will definitely be purchasing my next car in the future from them and will be recommending Adams Toyota and Gonzalo to friends and family in the future. Thank you Gonzalo for your great customer service and kindness!
