After two solid months of classes; I most highly recommend Ruthann for an upbeat session—either in person or virtual. Her attitude is uplifting and energy contagious. She exudes positivity. Another favorite teacher is Lindsey on Tuesday evenings. I enjoy the organic flow of her classes & her voice is so calm. Whatever you choose, give Zen Zone a try if you desire true yoga experience in the Lees Summit area.”

“The food is excellent. And the staff are very friendly. I go there quite often. And was there the other day and my card declined. I said I was sorry and the guy said don't worry about it. Gave me my food and said enjoy the rest of my day. I went back the next day and ordered again. I told them what happened and paid for both meals. But it was awesome of them for doing that. Will always go there when I want a burger. Great place.”

Referred my friend to attend the crossover program and she loved it!
