Very professional, very polite, explained things very well, worked well together, great personalities. Given it’s a union shop, Heartland employees are very well-trained (apprenticeship), which is what I highly value. You get high quality. Marc, the residential manager, is great, too. Knows his stuff. Very personable. I am very, very satisfied with Heartland. As a retired marketing professor, I look at the consumer and the business.
