“From the moment we came in door, the man behind counter was professional, kind, friendly and very helpful and patient with my wife and my 2 yr grandson during menu selection. His kindness extended into dining area. He offered us a paper and was attentive to anything we needed. His positive attitude made our visit to your store a much more pleasant experience. I wish I had got his name. He was a taller man with dark hoodie. Appreciate this kind of service. The entire staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful as well. Fast food rarely offers such service.”

“Had Dinner here on 7-2-2022. Food was great! This place is VERY clean. The manager on duty was training all employees. Not sure if all the employees were new or not. She was matter in fact with everything she was saying. She never raised her voice once, even when she correcting her staff. Her style was what I was taught in the “70’s”. All the employees were young, teens and 20’s. I hope Jack in the box realizes what a gem of an employee they have at this location!!”

“Man they have excellent chicken but their fries are only good for about 3 minutes I've never gotten them hot which is a bit sad. Recommendation eat fries first they only have a 3 minute window. Canes maybe heat up your fries or something they are good make them fresh compete with McDonald's don't serve them lukewarm yuck.”

Unfortunately, I have a cold or allergies so could not taste very well (not COVID, as I had a negative test a few days ago), but I guarantee I will be back due to the friendliness of the employees. Seems to be tougher and tougher to find a place that treats you like family. This place does and I will make the hour drive from home again...soon.”

“I had to try the place in Blue Springs as the one in Independence has never opened. I am not convinced the Independence location will ever open which is a shame because it's close to me and I would definitely go there more. I had chicken fried chicken and it was good. A decent amount of food for the money. The Blue Springs location was understaffed and the bartender had to come out and take our order and there was only like 3 other customers there eating. You pay at the table. I asked my waitress where everyone was and she said "no one wants to work and they are short on staff". Seems to pretty much the norm since COVID-19 began”

“Minsky's was recommended by the host at the hotel I was staying at. He was right - it is excellent pizza. I was amazed at the variety of toppings and crusts, something I don't see in pizzerias in the south. I'm not fond of thin crusts, so it was really nice to have several choices. I was also impressed by the vegetarian options in the toppings list. Best of all, the staff was very friendly and welcoming to this road-weary traveler!”

The crust was honestly one of the best parts, zero flop factor. Toppings were on point. And the marinara sauce on the side!!!!!! I could have just eaten that by itself!!!
