“Friendly and knowledgable staff. Always informed me about my situation and what I need to do to resolve my problems. I had an appointment today that apparently got bumped because of an emergency. They did not communicate anything with me and I sat in their waiting area 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I am not a big fan of being held hostage. That time could have been better spent somewhere else. I left the appointment so who knows how much longer I would have had to wait. Simple communication could have resolved all the issues and we could have rescheduled to a later time or date. Instead I left feeling that the doctor had zero respect for her customers and their time. If you have extra time in your schedule see her. She is good at what she does. Had a lot of interaction with Gilligan Periodontics since my last visit. The doctor contacted me directly and proved that my initial rating was a fluke incident. I wanted to wait for my next appointment before I wrote an update. I was seen on time and was very pleased with the visit. The office as a whole cares about their patients. Great office, great people and great atmosphere.”

Very personable and makes you feel at ease, like you have known him for a long time. This clinic has a new approach to health care as you pay a monthly fee and they do not take insurance which in the long run is cheaper for you and you are able to get in and be seen quicker most of the time.
