“Michael and another co worker of his (I didn’t catch his name, but had blonde hair) were extremely helpful. I had awful experience with AT&T and was on a huge budget because I am a college student. They help me with every question on my old phone and helped me with getting a new one, with a plan that was perfect for me. They even bought my old phone and help pay my upcoming bills with the money from it. They were amazing and extremely patient with me as I was getting my first phone plan on my own.
