  Car buying is can be a stressful experience when you only buy a car once every 8 - 10 years. I had a fantastic experience with buying my new vehicle. The sales team was excellent. The lounge area really makes you feel at home too! In 8 - 10 years I will go back to make another purchase.

  The Team at Hendrick Lexus are never anything short of amazing! They got my car in right away, communicated (as promised) throughout the day, and delivered EARLY! It might cost a little more, but it's always worth it to know you're being taken care of by a team that, truly, knows what they're doing! THANK YOU!

  The team did a great job helping me find a great vehicle and a great deal to match what I was looking for. They were patient and understanding and made sure I was comfortable making the decision without pushing me or making me feel pressured. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and hope to purchase my next vehicle here as well.

She introduced me to all the functions and features of my vehicle. The training she provided was extremely valuable. Thank you Kathy!! My story: My 2002 Lexus ES 300 with 261K miles came to it's end of life, I was in search of a used Lexus RX 350. I went to Lexus North dealership, and received great customer service immediately. Once inside I met Customer service Specialist NJ. He listened to my concerns about my past driving experience with my ES 300 and wanted the same experience with the RX 350. I test drove the RX 350 F Sport, but didn't like the ride, but then I drove the RX 350 FWD and loved that experience. I found the 2015 RX 350 online but it was in Merriam, KS and bought it. The next day NJ drove to Merriam, KS and picked up my vehicle for me. Looking forward to another 16 year experience with driving a Lexus!!!!

  I had an amazing experience. I couldn’t have felt more welcome by David Norton I believe. He made it fun and enjoyable. I’ve boughten cars before and I’ve never gotten that type of customer. Dave, David your the best. Also I would have been able to understand all my features if it wasn’t for Kathy her knowledge and service was incredible. You have a wonderful team.
  
  I work in hospitality, customer service and it’s all in how you treat people. You never know who your going to meet. They changed my outlook in people again. That’s an awesome feeling.
  
  Thank you for everything. I love my new Lexus she got very dirty. During the nasty blizzard, but my car got me to my first day at my new job just wonderful.
