  Most honest service rep my husband has ever heard, and he has worked at several Midwest dealerships. Estimate of time for appointment was exactly what was given at check in. Easy to make a service appointment and didn't have to wait long to get in. Chocolate bar given at check out is nice.

  Purchased a new truck a couple months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Willard has gone above and beyond to help me with add-ons to the truck and with a problem I’ve had with my other vehicle. I didn’t even purchase my other vehicle from Reed but they still helped me solve a problem that other mechanics haven’t been able to fix for over a year! Willard even came to pick the cars up from me while I was at work to help save me time! Best customer service I’ve ever had! I’ve recommended Willard and Randy Reed to everyone!

  Great choices, large inventory. Great service Department and the parts Guys are the best in the business. But I really miss Pontiac!

  Overall the best experience I have had at a dealership. They were never pushy listened and did everything that could to put me in the deal I asked for. I WOULD NOT HESITATE GOING BACK!!!!! 5 STARS FROM THE SALEMANS TO THE FINANCE MANAGER!!! DO YOURSELFVA FAVOR AND SHOP HERE!
