“My husband and I have been customers of this bank for over 10 years. The vast majority of our time has been pretty uneventful which is a good thing. We get quick efficient service. The tellers are always personable and ready to answer any questions we have. Recently we had an issue occur in our family and our daughter was hospitalized. With extra expenses our checking account got seriously out of control and we were assessed (rightly so) several overdraft fees. When I called and asked for a little help they were very gracious and waived a few of the fees and were very kind and patient in listening to our situation. They went above and beyond however by sending a personal card to our home signed by many of the employees from our Zona Rosa branch wishing us well. Even the smallest gesture makes such a difference in a trying time. I can't thank them enough for just being kind. Rebecca Enna”

“Back in the day I loved Long John Silvers...the last couple years between 3 States I have been sorely disappointed...UNTIL YESTERDAY!!! I went to the NW Barry Rd location...was greeted immediately and vivaciously by Shara. I ordered and was informed it would be a couple minutes to insure fresh chicken. Angela brought it out and I tell you what ..it made all the difference in the world! It was super good and just as yummy as I remember it being!! Kudos to the staff in this location for going the extra mile to make a great customer experience!!!”

“The staff at this branch are the best by far. Megan was the first person my mother and I worked with and we have not stopped going to this location or seeing her ever since. My mother had some interesting issues with her accounts and Megan was able to be compassionate, thorough and helpful. Megan also helped me with handling my father's estate. She is truly a gem. I hope upper management knows how much customers return just because of the level of customer service that she and others like Ben and the rest of the staff provide!”

“If you're looking for traditional Mexican food this is it! This is not your typical Tex-Mex cuisine. The food here is always great! The service is good too. The only reason I gave for stars instead of five is because I thought our waiter could have checked on us more often while we were eating. When he came by to clear plates he took the extra plate instead of the empty plate right in front of me. In my opinion, you should always clear the space in frontof the customer first. He did check in once while we were eating though and it was a Saturday night and they were busy. Overall, really great restaurant and I enjoy going there!”

“Just made my third visit within two weeks and everytime I was met with extremely friendly and helpful people asking me about what I needed for my project. The customer service is outstanding at this store! As for my visits they weren't to busy no more then four other customers at one time so I didn't need to wait for assistance when I needed it. They do close down a little early at 7pm (19:00) so make sure you don't need to make aalata night run. However, I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.”

It’s lame for management to pay employees poorly and expect customers, already paying a lot, to make up the difference, particularly when there are no tables to wait.”

“I can't say enough good things about the store manager Maggie! She is amazing and really looking out for the customer. I paid a third of what I was quoted for one battery through the dealership and ended up getting two batteries because Maggie found that the other one was not in great shape either. She changed them both out for free and did so in a timely manner. I will definitely be back to this location and highly recommend it to others!”
