We had ordered our windows around the end of March beginning of April and was told they wouldn't be installed until June but we got a call at the beginning of May to get them installed a little earlier. Everyone we have talked to has been friendly and professional. The installers were on time and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything as they went and didn't leave any mess behind. We love our new windows and we will definitely be contacting Alenco again when we're ready to replace our doors!! (Before and after pic included)”
