I completely lost my receipt (I bought a perfume as a Christmas gift) - DeeDee was very sweet, offered to do an even exchange for me and showed me tons of perfume and tips to make it last! Great collection and a great team !However after I paid , the team forgot to put one item in the bag ! I struggled to get a hold of them since there’s no phone number online or with the mall or on the receipt. Finally I called mall security and they helped me out. If you have questions or need guidance on selecting a style they are there to help you. My favorite part of this store/brand is their warranty. They protect your watches mechanical pieces and the watch itself is your proof of purchase. Which is great since you never have to track a receipt to get your watch repaired if needed.
