It’s clear that the manager, Chris, is extremely well-versed in customer service. He has gone out of his way multiple times to make me feel like an important customer and that he genuinely cares whether I return to his store. Chris is sincerely one of the best managers I have encountered in the food service industry. His employees are always positive, responsive and respectful. The store is clean, the landscaping is well-kept, and the employees consistently wear masks and gloves. I have yet to have a negative experience at this store.”

Perfect. Tied with Steven's mill for the best McDonald's in the area, and I see the same manager at both locations. Very polite and friendly, and obviously runs a tight ship.”

I have to actually make a plan for what I will allow myself to spend because first off, they have delightful drink (coffee and non-coffee) options and treats, and secondly the wonderful greenhouse and garden world makes me want to just buy everything. Cute and functional planters, accessories and decorative pieces, an impressive variety of decorative and edible plants and trees and probably whatever you’re thinking of right now, and most importantly a very knowledgeable and kind staff to give recommendations and address any garden needs you have! “The food has been consistently good and coffee is heads and shoulders better than any other fast food place. I dare say better than Starbucks if you're going just regular coffee. The Pizza's taste amazing, many of the sandwiches are great, and pastries are always fresh. You will pay restaurant level pricing at times, and whether it's worth it or not is up to you. I enjoy my free Coffee from my coffee membership and a bagel here and there so it's perfectly acceptable and affordable for me. The staff members know me as a regular, and the vibe here is very positive. They've always been friendly. This specific store has always been a fun place to come back to. Note on the recent reviews with the negative customer service. I always show up in the morning time. So I can speak for the morning / early lunch crew. Dinner crew I have no idea 🤷🏽.”

“There is an incredible arboretum here of many large old trees of many kinds, so it is a great place to wander. There are also incredibly maintained gardens packed with perennial flowers around the building and memorial fountain. Lots of perfect baseball fields some wonderful old stone BBQ grills with chimneys (1930s?). A natural urban stream runs through here so I see geese and groundhogs. The cottonwoods in the middle are quite majestic.”
