“I have been to this store many times, and they have a very good selection and the store is very well merchandised. I've read other reviews below mentioning delays on orders, this can happen on furniture simply because of delays on imported goods which is taking place across the country currently. It's always a good idea to order well in advance for your children or order something in stock. Overall this store is absolutely gorgeous, located in a great area, and has a wide selection of Cribs, Chairs, Beds, and Accessories to choose from. I no longer live in the area but recommend this store to anyone who is expecting. The staff are very friendly and personable. Having ordered furniture from Pottery Barn I do suggest personally staying on top of your order and calling their 800 Customer Service number to check on the status of your furniture order every 2 weeks. It's really your responsibility to stay on top of it because all furniture stores have too many orders to oversee. Be part of the solution, understand the process, and you'll be happy with your order.”

“I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!”

I was also introduced to the manger of the store. It was pleasant experience. The team members didn't mind giving an opinion, when asked for their input. I was shopping for a table and chair set. I didn't like the chairs that came with the table. I was shown alternate chairs. The sale person moved different styles of chairs over where the table were located. Because I asked and the person appeared not to mind doing it. I wanted to see how the color scheme and style would match the table. The table was selected because, it was a good fit for the area in my kitchen.. Honestly, I had been looking for a table and chair set to meet my expectations for nearly a year and a half.
