She helped me identify what I was doing "wrong", e.g., holding my body incorrectly, using weights incorrectly, stressing my knees unnecessarily, etc. Who knew? The stuff that doesn't bother you at 20 feels lousy at 50! She mixes Pliates with conventional weights to suit my needs, body type, and weak areas--like my knees. She even identified the source of much of my knee pain--knots in my legs above my knees. By rolling that area my knees are 75% better and I am going t the chiropractor far less. I know this sounds crazy but it's true. I am in far better shape now than in my 30's, not as sore, and I am far stronger than ever. I highly recommend her.”

“We had a 2 queen room. Overall, a clean and comfortable experience. No carpet on the floors which helps with allergies. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They had a soft and firm pillow option on the bed in labeled cases. The smart TV connected easily to my phone for cast streaming. They did serve a grab and go style breakfast and have coffee and tea available 24/7. We would stay here again.”
