Professional, efficient and effective, my folding machine was back to working normally. The charge for this service call was worth every penny. I could not have been more grateful. We were really grateful for our service rep Cameron. He was thorough and explained the few things that were new to us. He got us hooked up and had our new stairs installed super quickly!
