“What a great company. I appreciate the support that I received from the Company and particularly Jeremy Johnson at the St.Louis Office. We had a rogue tech that was double billing us and repairing our equipment in HIS GARAGE when we thought it was being sent to the Henry Schein ProRepair. This tech would then bill me through himself then through Schein. Once the company found out they made things right for us, and rebuilt our Autoclave that was damaged by this EXPERIENCED TECH of 18 years, for no charge. I understand that sometimes employees dont follow company protocol, but what I appreciate is how the Company and Jeremy stood behind me and made it right. Thank You”

“Took the kids for dinner on a Tuesday and we were pleased to see kids eat free Tuesday nights. It wasn’t very crowded so we were seated and got our food quickly. The food was excellent. The seasoned fries were yummy. The kids mac and cheese was maybe the best pasta I’ve ever had (seriously), and my kids loved it. My daughter dipped her broccoli in the Mac and cheese sauce. And the chocolate martini was delicious. Very pleased. We will be back.”

“From my very first visit to AutoSpa, these guys immediately felt like family and still do! When my baby needs to be cleaned I take it here. The greeters are super nice and staff always is willing to help with whatever I need. I don’t know why all the haters out there gotta give them a bad rap 🤷♂️ (Some people just need a day at the spa 😂) Nobody offers more when it comes the amount of options, quality, timing, and convenience than AutoSpa. Many of my close friends bring in their cars and they come out looking brand new. I also had a buddy of mine bring in his car for a detail that was in rough shape and holy s***!!! crusty crabs when I tell you did the boys do a fantastic job or what!!! It came out like it did when he bought it from the dealership 🤗 If you are in a hairy situation like my buddy was, their pet hair removal option is the way to go!!! One thing is for sure... when the world ends... there is not doubt in my mind that I would be anywhere else than in line to get my car cleaned while I grab some food for the road 😅”

Any procedures that I felt were high were due to an insurance coverage issue (I don't have the washU insurance so some things I have to contact my insurance to ensure coverage). All the doctors I've seen were amazing, professional, and caring. Sometimes the wait in the waiting area are long, but that is because they make sure you are taken care of before leaving and don't make you schedule multiple appointments to have things looked at. I've never left here without everything being addressed. The pharmacy here is also wonderful.”
