“Where to begin! I went to my first Shred class a little over a year ago. No running experience and no group class experience, but I would consider myself well versed in weight lifting. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable. I had to take a slight hiatus while some nasty shin splints healed up but I'm back and about to hit my 50th class. I highly highly recommend Shred 415 to anyone... no matter your fitness level. The instructors are amazing and really hype you up. They give you modifications if something is too challenging but really just encourage you to keep moving! Again I consider myself a fit person, but these classes really pushed me into that next realm. I finally feel heart and lung healthy. The classes are definitely challenging, but as one of my favorite instructors (Nikki) says "You can do hard things!". 15/10 check out Shred 415!!”

“Great experience, I joined with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. Had previously had a membership with Club Fitness. Even though this location isn't 24 hours their operating hours fit most schedules so you aren't forced into paying a higher membership fee each month to be able to workout. Annual fees were mentioned when I signed up but no mention of a cancellation fee and no contract. So far my only complaint would be that the free weights go up by five pounds instead of by two and a half like at club fitness but that is just a small matter, everything else has been great.”
