He could have easily scheduled me an MRI and surgery and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he recommended continuing to treat it homeopathically and update him via phone. “I was very well taken care of by Dr. Randolf. The diagnosis and therapy were very good. I was not getting better. So he ordered an mri. And gave me a new diagnosis. He referred me to an ablasion specialist. During the wait I got better and was not able to recieve treatment because my pain was too low. I tried to go back to see Dr. Randolph but he was not in the office or available for appointments. I still haven't heard from him.”

Ted was one of the most professional people I’ve worked with. Not only was he dressed very clean and nice, he wiped his feet off very well before entering my home and brought a packing blanket to lay everything out on. He was very efficient and quick.
