The building is fine. Feels a bit older but they keep it clean and it is quiet at night. No problems with other residents. I have not been in the other building but it does look not as nice from the outside. I highly recommend the building that houses the office. I am happy here.”

Living first floor is significantly less noisy than the second floor(if you have considerate upstairs neighbors) due to a busy road right beside the complex.
