“We moved into Tanglewood apts in July 2015 . The staff has been very friendly and anytime we needed something fixed they have been right on it. They also clear the sidewalks and drive from snow and put down ice melt as well as clear the leaves . We are close to shopping, Post office, Gas station, Laundry mat. The swimming pool is so nice and relaxing in the summer months. Our neighbors are nice and friendly.”

“I've rented from this company for almost a year. Like you I was cautious when learning of the extremely strict application requirements. "Reservation fees, extremely in-depth verification of background checks and income / credit check requirements". Make no mistake they require MUCH more information for rental applications. However, after checking off each application requirement and meeting them with an in-person interview with the owners/staff of Turn-Key. I was sold on the property and having them as landlords. They have been excellent in terms of response to issues & getting repairs resolved. They come by for quarterly maintenance to replace air filters / smoke detectors. Yes, it's a little silly that you need to pay with a "bank check" but I just setup my bank to auto-send my rent at the beginning of each month and I never had to write a check again. They send bright colored reminders to pay your rent every month, but when you have your auto-pay setup those can go straight to recycling. I was cautious in renting from Turn-Key Properties because of the negative reviews... but after I read through them- none of the reviews were from anyone who actually RENTED from the company. “My family and I love it here! We’ve only been here a short period of time but I have no complaints! People thinks it’s pricey, but you’re definitely getting what you pay for. It’s a clean, friendly, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Management is awesome- they were extremely nice during the application process (which was difficult with my situation) and they put up with all my silly questions at move in. Maintenance is awesome as well! They are quick to help, and very friendly. This place feels like home without a doubt and so far it’s been the best experience of renting that I’ve had yet.”

“I have lived here now for roughly 6 months and I have enjoyed my stay so far. Unfortunately through my experiences it seems like it’s hard to come by decent maintenance at apartments these days. The good thing is that the company is trying and working their way through it. Big shoutout to the office staff Peggy, I’m sure she will be moving up in her career soon the way she handles her job. “Well I've been living with friends for the last 10 years and not the best of credit after a divorce but have a great job now and after talking with Terry he approved me for a place. The house is clean and so far seems to be a safe place with great neighbors. I had a problem with my outdoor light sensors and fixtures and it took a few days which it wasn't a emergency repair like hot water or heat so understandable. He had the repair guy replace one fixture and fix the other. I'm very happy with my place and the service I have revived from Terry Flood. I also like that they gave me a good amount of paper work explaining how to get set up for all my services with phone numbers and all. The place is not a luxury apartment or house by any means but it suites me for now and I do plan to move up to a nicer place with him in a couple of years as my credit and income afford.
