My experience from the call to the service was 10/10. John and the team were efficient, kind, and overall just a smooth experience for an unfortunate circumstance. I could tell they gave my vehicle an honest inspection as John called a little after I dropped off and said that they noticed another nail in a different tire as well! He wanted to confirm with me the work before they went ahead with it which I appreciated. I came back after an hour with 2 fixed tires and a appropriate bill for the work that was done. “Greetings, I met Chef Zoe at the Dark Room at an Open Air concert. I enjoyed his food. I asked him would he be my personal chef because I can’t cook. Usually after a hard day work, I am out of ideas on what to eat. In the past, I spent a lot of money eating out! Chef Zoe came to my home and cooked me a delicious meal that I was able to eat after work. My home was filled with beautiful aromas. I was excited. The meal was delicious and I had a clean kitchen. Picking up was simple, just needed my ID and credit card. I signed my papers and was on my way out. The SUV I was given was much nicer than I was expecting...guessing an upgrade which was very much appreciated! Returning the vehicle was just as quick and easy. I was extremely nervous renting with this location after reading reviews, but I will be using this location for any future rentals!”
