“I began my wedding dress search a couple of months ago and the first place I went to is a well recognized boutique in St. Louis. I went in wanting to try on a couple of dresses I had seen on the designers website. When I asked if they had the dresses they said no and then didn't really do anything to help me find what I was looking for. I didn't find anything I liked and asked when the 2021 dresses would come out and they brushed me off and encouraged me to buy a dress in the 2020 collection. I left my appointment feeling discouraged because once they figured out I wasn't buying a dress I felt like their willingness to help me rapidly declined. I randomly walked into Helens with no appointment because I saw that they carry the designer I like and wanted to see if she had the dress that I wanted to try on. Pam and Helen were so helpful (despite not having an appointment) and informed me that they did not have the dress. Helen figured out it was not going to come out for a couple of months because it was in the 2021 collection. She contacted the designer and got them to ship her the dress in my size before it was released to stores. I was able to try on the dress and it was everything that I wanted it to be! The dress I wanted is pretty specific to my taste and probably wouldn't have been a dress that she would have picked to have in her store (and will probably be hard to find in other stores). Helen and Pam were so helpful and went out of their way to find the dress that I was wanting instead of encouraging me to buy something they already had. I am so thankful because now I am able to buy my dream wedding dress that I thought I would never find!”

I wasn't not happy the carrier misplaced my package and the people answering the phones giving me the run around so I spoke with Barb. After a good lengthy conversation about what happened, she took the time out of her day to help me despite the chaos. More importantly, she genuinely cared to resolve my problem. She apologized for the miscommunication, informed me of their process and got me a solution. She went out of her way to call me on the weekend from home just to ensure I received my package. Even though she normally works at the Hazelwood location, while she was working at O'Fallon, I was very pleased to reach someone like her.”
