“I have lived here for 8 years and have been absolutely disgusted in the past with the so called "management", through RV Horizons. The last "manager"illegally entered my home, and was extremely rude, uneducated, and had no business whatsoever being a manger. She has since been arrested twice for serious crimes. That company should be shut down permanently. Prior to that, it was a family owned park, (Roberts MHP), and was very run down. Strive Communities is now the management company and Matt Jones is the current manager. He is a terrific manager and always responds promptly to calls/emails. He is very courteous, polite, respectful, and friendly. He clearly has the education to be in his position. The park is now renovated and a very nice, quiet place to live. Lot rent has been raised to double what it was, but the roads are much better and the lots look a LOT better. I would recommend this park 100%. It is Plattsmouth MHP, however, not Hillside Pointe.”

“Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the front desk personnel are personable. I want to thank Victoria and Travis for their help and kudos to Travis for his leadership.”

“I stayed at this Marriott because of a snow storm, the room was excellent. The breakfast was also prefect, but the thing that impressed me the most was, after the parking lot was plowed from the snow the snow removal company went and cleaned all around all the cars in the parking lot. “I would say that about 95% of the Marriott hotels I have stayed in have never disappointed! This being one of them, I only had one issue and that was with my mobile room key, which was easily fixed with a regular room key. However, my stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and the outdoor hot tub! Sitting in the hot tub when it's cold out, is amazing! There is shopping and restaurants in walking distance, there also is food and bar right in the lobby in case you just don't want to venture out! Definitely will stay again!”

“This is a new, beautiful and very clean hotel. The rooms were well furnished and the front desk staff both day and night shift were excellent! I definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling through. The only drawback to this hotel is that you can't not pay with cash, they would only accept payment with a card, they wouldn't even take extra cash to use as a deposit for any incidentals which creates the need for a card.”

“Stayed here many times as this is my go to in Lincoln. Quick, easy, courteous check in. Staff were courteous and professional when asked for extra blankets, always interacting with smiles. Room is clean, jacuzzi tub clean and in working condition. Mini fridge and freezer were already cold which may sound odd for a review but a lot of hotels now unplug or turn them off so you have to wait for them to cool off. Plenty of clean white bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, toiletry items for two adults. In room coffee maker and hot breakfast served in the lobby. Indoor swimming pool and pool table on site.”

It is located next to everything you might need, restaurants is across the street walking distance .. Along with all kinds of shops, fast food, dine in etc...the front desk made us feel welcome and at home the minute we arrived thanks. We are extended stay. So the kitchen was a blessing .. “Amazing! The swim beach was perfect, the water was clear and cool, you could see the fish swimming around. Huge beach so.it never really got too crowded. Lots of picnic tables. Lots of space to ride bikes and go on walks. The surprising highlight was the lake side shop. Lots of things to see, do, buy, and rent. They have pretty much anything you could ask for (or may have forgotten). Fire wood, sunscreen, dishes, condiments, sand toys, floating toys/gear for the beach, toothbrushes, fishing gear, etc. The staff was also super nice They also have a mining experience, you buy a bag for $7-$10, go to the mining station, and pan for your fossils or gems. My 3 kids LOVED it. Freshwater fill is at the dumpstation (first right after entering the gates) The whole trip was amazing and the whole family had a great time.”

“No reservations. $16 per night. First come, first serve. Electric only sites (30/50amp). Whiteboard near the entrance indicated which spots were open. We drove around and selected a spot then put payment in the envelope. Cash only so bring exact change! If you want to stay more time, you simply have to pay for the additional night(s) the same way before Noon the next day. Checkout is 2pm. Sites are plenty large for any size rig. Cement pads made a little wider with gravel for additional vehicle parking. Nice picnic table. A water spigot was located just across the street from our site but our hose was a few feet short so we had to park in the road to fill up water (which doesn't allow anybody to pass). Dump station is convenient near the exit but it's not quite level so we weren't able to completely empty. Location is quiet and a pretty central spot for visiting Omaha or a bit further drive down to Lincoln.”
