“We lived at Whispering Ridge for 4 years until last month. We always feel this community as our home. We enjoyed our stay throughout in our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It was decent size, good storage room and nice view from patio. Kids park and elementary school are very close. It was always great to meet friends and families at park while kids playing. The school, play area, walking trail are so huge and beautiful.The whispering ridge team is awesome. They have amazing maintenance and office staff. Troy is very caring and helpful. He always greets with smile and treats us like family. He goes beyond and try to help us whenever we have any problem. Libby is very helpful and professional. The clubhouse with nice swimming pool. We had lot of fun with kids there. We will miss whispering ridge !!”

“I LOVED it here! I had to move due to some new life changes, however if that was not the case, I would have stayed here years longer! The staff from the leasing office to maintenance are the best. Everyone is so kind and quick to respond. The staff make these feel like home! I lived in the villas and had absolutely no complaints about the appliances or apartment itself. It felt luxury and the location was quiet, yet still close to downtown and interstate access. I’ll miss this home a lot!”

“I loved living here at Lexington Ridge. I would stay if I didn't have to move to another town. I have lived at Lexington for around three years as a college student. The complex is phenomenal. The staff members are wonderful and easy to work with. Throughout my time here there were a few minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed the same day! Shannon, the property manager, is very kind and super helpful! I had a roommate leave mid-lease due to other opportunities and Shannon was so willing to help solve the problem. She absolutely goes above and beyond for the residents. The apartments are very well-kept and are in good shape. It definitely is a family-friendly place. Lots of parking availability too. The complex is a short distance from Hy-Vee and Walmart and super close to SCC. Highly suggest living here!”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Structur and working with Jenna and Garrett. It has been WONDERFUL. We finally pulled the trigger on a master suite edition and bathroom expansion/remodel on our current home, and had Garrett do the plans and design. Their pricing is SUCH a quality investment, considering you are not billed per hour, but per job. They make sure the job is done right, and thoroughly, to your expectation. The turnaround timeline met our expectations as well. It has been wonderful having Jenna as a resource for any of my design questions. She has fabulous style, and I totally trusted her with any choices she recommended, and that will come in SO handy in the end if you are building and definitely getting "decision exhaustion." Jenna will make sure you are taken care of in any contractor meeting, showroom selections, etc. We are so happy with how our (phase 1) of our project turned out and Jenna has been checking in every step along the way, making sure we love our selections we made, and leaving room for changes. Hire them! It's more than worth it! I'm so glad we did :)”

We placed an order in and within 24 hours we got a call saying that they were on their way over to help out. I explained to the girls up front how I have never had such great apartment living experiences until I moved to The Vue. You will not regret it.”
