“Went in to get my tongue repierced after 10 years. The exterior of the building looks a little sketchy, LOL. But the piercing room is an absolute fantasy. Whimsical and macabre decor that the piercing artist made herself! I wish I caught her name... but she was amazing and I'm surprised how little it hurt! Plus this was crazy affordable compared to what I paid the first time. Very happy with this whole experience. Great way to end a Monday Haha.”

“Nevada Treatment Center/Nevada Care Center is the actual name of this place, & I wish there was a more accurate posting for it here on Google Maps, because it's by far the best treatment center I've ever been to. It is a 3-story building, Methadone & Suboxone treatment for opiate addiction is just ONE of the many services they offer here. They also deal with mental health issues & have many wonderful counselors, doctors, psychiatrists, & nursing staff. So if you ARE an addict, they'll also help you deal with any underlying mental health problems you may be facing, such as anxiety & depression. For me that was the missing puzzle piece. I have been on methadone for over 5years, & while I did manage to quit using heroin at my old clinic, everything else in my life remained pretty much stagnant for the 5years I was there. I realize much of that was my fault, because you get out what you put in, but the counselors there just didn't ever really try to connect with me or give me the little push I needed to succeed. It was just a 5-10 minute check-in session once a month & that's all I ever heard from them. Plus, whenever I DID start to feel comfortable with a counselor & start to open up, she'd quit or transfer & I'd get stuck with someone new. In the not even 2 months since I've switched to Nevada Treatment Center, my life has already started to change for the better. My counselor helps me work on REAL issues that will benefit my life, & actually listens to what I have to say. ALL the staff here make you feel like they WANT to see you succeed, you're not just another name on their case-load & it is SO refreshing. I'd advise anyone who is serious about their recovery to try this methadone clinic first. Don't waste 5years someplace where you're just a dollar sign like I did.”

They welcomed my mom and aunt and truly made a magical moment. It was also great to learn that everyone in the shop was from Orange County, Ca, just like my self. “I have been waiting for this Las Vegas landmark to open for a few years now. And it was worth the wait! This shop is worthy of museum status and the staff is ridiculously knowledgeable. I loved hearing about the antique massage cupping glasses! The store is set up like a department store; there's a kitchen section, office section, clothing, perfumerie, toys, etc... Even the bathroom is a sight to be seen. This is truly an antiques store. A REAL antiques store. Right down to being rung up on an antique cash register. You won't find any cheap plastic impulse purchase items here; everything is authentic and honestly I don;t know where else anyone would find some of these historical items! Everything is very clean and very organized. When you come, plan to spend at least an hour looking at every nook and cranny. You eye will wander and you will get so excited by what you see. I came on a Thursday and was lucky to get the owner to myself who showed me around, but soon another customer came. The word is out! Do yourself a favor and stop by this store. It's a treat that this place exists in Las Vegas and you just may need to redecorate your house!!!!”

“I’ve never wrote a review before but I needed to write this one, for I was desperate and determined to find a plus size dress that would knock people off their seats. I needed a dress for my daughter ASAP as her Queens ball was 8 days away. Gridy and her 2 wonderful staff members were so helpful and amazingly sweet. They were able to find my daughter a beautiful maroon (poofy dress) That looked amazing. They made a few alterations and I was able to pick up the dress within 4 days...they even worked on the dress after the close of business which Showed their determination to ensure my daughter got her dress on time. I may have paid a good dollar amount for the dress but, it was worth it. Don’t let the aesthetic look of the place fool you. Their quality, workmanship and great service is beyond reproach.”
