Last time I came for a full service on my vehicle on a car I had just bought and they pulled me aside and told me some super suspicious stuff about my car that made me sell that car like 2 months later due to so many red flags. I wouldn’t have known without them telling me. I got an oil change, filter, and inspection that time. I came again today and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change on a super busy day. “I was searching online for a place to get a smog cheap and found V.I.P. Auto Service 2. I walked in with low expectations, partly due to the $8.99 smog, and was met by an extremely friendly and professional employee. I checked in and asked about the wait and was told 25 minutes. They matched the quoted timeframe almost exactly. Once the smog test was complete, the manager came to talk to me. Going above and beyond, he told me the result, offered a convenient location for a kiosk to renew my registration, and even quoted me for a 60,000mile service, which my car will definitely need, almost 50% lower than the dealership. This has been, by far, the best example of Customer Service that I have experienced in a looong time. The employees made my visit Effortless, I felt Appreciated as a customer, and Secure because they had my needs in mind! Thank you! I will definitely be back!”

“Have always had VERY GOOD results from the i215 and Decatur Wal-Mart Auto Center. Have had a battery installed and several Oil Changes. The mechanics are very well informed. Cora was the cashier for me today and I had a shopping basket pretty full and she was just wonderful. Didn't make me go back up front since they weren't busy. They didn't change filter or screen. Lastly didn't run car through an exterior wash which is usually comped at most large dealers. But fast service and complete.”
