I’ve been a part of the F45 family since 2017, and this is pretty much the only training program that I consistently want to go to. No need to plan workouts. No need to wait for weights or machines. Everything is laid out so you don’t miss part of your workout. It’s like having a personal trainer every class. Knowledgeable and motivating staff, with a bonus of just an overall positive ambiance. Clean facilities and great people all around; whether it’s the staff or the people you work out with… it’s my happy place 😁
Such a fun and inspiring workout group. The coaches take the time to give individual instructions when needed so you workout effectively and safely. They also push you to be your best and achieve your workout goals. See you in class! :)
I’ve completed 10 classes so far and I love it! (My body hates it at the time, but afterwards I’m like YES I DID THAT!) I’m not where I want to be fitness wise and the gym is great motivation. It’s challenging enough for someone who is super in shape and fit, but also challenging enough for someone like me. Everyone is super friendly and the trainers are GREAT! Try it out, you won’t regret it :)
I LOVE F45!! Such an amazing workout. The staff at Southwest Las Vegas are all so knowledgeable and very helpful. Always pumping you up. Pushing you and making sure form is correct to prevent injury. If you want a strong, quick workout. Try it out!!
