“Prosthetic Center of Excellence exceeded our expectations in all aspects and we highly recommend this office. Long story short my son needed a cranial helmet. There are less than a handful of offices in Las Vegas that performs this treatment. I went to one office and my son was getting bruising on his face. I got a second opinion at another office and they said the helmet was not made properly so they made him another one. The first provider said the second provider was not even legally allowed to make his helmet and that the second helmet was also made incorrectly. Both of those providers were feuding and tossing me back and forth with information. I was stuck. My son needed treatment quick. It was the worst feeling ever to have my son stuck between two providers both saying each others treatment was not correct. I searched far and wide. I even considered getting his treatment out of state. Finally I was given the last referral to Prosthetic Center of Excellence. I called and spoke with ED on the phone. I was already skeptical when I called for the first time considering what I had been through with the first two providers. To my surprise ED (the provider) spoke with me directly on the phone and we had a lengthy conversation about my experience thus far and my concerns and expectations. He was very nice and extremely detailed in the information he gave me. He wanted to see my son. I took my son to PCE and ED evaluated him. He listened to our needs and concerns with the previous providers. Ed went above and beyond from the very beginning to the very end for my sons treatment. He gathered the information from the previous providers and actually contacted the company that make the helmets to discuss with them directly the issues with the previous helmets and he involved me in that process so that we knew for sure the helmet he creates would exactly right. Ed explained that with the previous pending treatments on my insurance (which I had to dispute) and the point my son was at most likely insurance wouldn't cover it but we could try at best. At that point I just needed my sons treatment done and I was willing to pay out of pocket with a good provider and exceptional treatment. Ed again and his staff went above and beyond and sent a narrative and additional information to the insurance company and he was successful in getting the insurance to cover his treatment which was a huge weight off our shoulders. The treatment went awesome. Ed was always very detailed in the treatment process. My son never cried or was scared in their office. Besides Ed, the front desk and his assistants were always so friendly and very helpful. It was always pleasant coming and going from this office. Communication and appointment making was always easy and smooth. My sons head shape looks great all thanks to Ed and his amazing staff. With all this being said, we highly recommend this office for so many reasons. Thank you Ed and everyone at PCE. We were so lucky to find you and we appreciate all the time and effort you put in to our sons treatment. Results are amazing. Thank you for being the kind of provider we need more of!!”

I know how to now deal with my anxiety, I can communicate better with others & in situations where at times I would usually break down, and I can live a normal life and deal with certain things. Nail biting was a bad habit for me, but with the consistent therapy & being challenged to do better, I was able to stop the nail biting and other anxiety stuff. Gerimar was a life saving for me. “Dr. O'Conner-Sanders is wonderful. She takes the time to get to know you and addresses any health concerns promptly. The wait times for other physicians can be up to 2hrs or longer even with an appointment. With Dr. O'Conner-Sanders, the longest I have been made to wait is 20min. She is very friendly and professional. Some of the office staff is rude and at times VERY unprofessional but look past the BS and you will find a GREAT doctor! Veteran Friendly!”
