“Loved going to see Dr. Vance while he was my PCP. I never felt rushed. I always had a list written down so I didn't forget anything. Even when I asked for a test he said he didn't feel I needed and the insurance wouldn't cover, I explained my concern and he said he would run the test - test usually comes down to the insurance saying if you can have it or not, so after I talked with him about the my concern and wish for the blood test, he said the insurance will cover the test because of what I asked. I was thankful he knew how the insurance would affect the authorization and bill. The results came back as he expected, it made me feel better, and the test did show additional info which wasn't my original concern, but it's something I'll keep an eye on now that the center has moved to medicaid only. I was lucky to have found him and I hope my next PCP will be just as good.”

I have always seen him rather than his PA like so many other surgeons do now. I highly recommend him!”
