I would always recommend this community only if you’re a cool individual cause if not you won’t fit in. All jokes aside great place to live. Also, Patricia was a sweetheart. The main reason why I chose this place was because of Patricia. She made me feel like I was home before I even got my apartment. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay Mountain Gate/Trails is a must.”

“Great location and I like it because it's easy access to the 215 and also shopping! Also it's easy access to strip. Being a resident here at Village at Desert Lakes, I understand that there's only so much that the management can do for us but you can totally tell the improvements that new management has done for this place. I'm very impressed with the front office Juan and Evy! They're always kind, considerate, and respectful. They're always paying attention to one's needs. Their excitement under new management with their new changes are uplifting and makes me even feel excited to be comfortable in my own home. Juan's been extremely inviting with his bright smile since the beginning. He was understanding of my living situation and assisted me and got everything done in a very timely manner. I was extremely thankful and blessed to have someone like Juan and his manager Evy for going the extra mile! Some little things that I would like to see is the pool area to look more tropical and the front entrance could use more lights. Looking forward to all the great upcoming changes MG Properties are bringing to us!”

PayPal indicated that when paying through their system to a non-profit, the user is given the option to save their info. or give this amount on a monthly basis. When purchasing from us, we give each customer the tablet to enter their own information, make their selections, and complete their transactions. We never save information. It appears you mistakenly, pressed the reoccurring button to give $20 per month. According to PayPal procedures, they should have sent you monthly receipts of the transactions.
