“My side by side Samsung Refrigerator stopped working. The freezer side was still good, but the fridge section died. I called around to 5-6 different repair shops and got the answers that they didn't do Samsung, didn't do residential, etc. I called Comfort Home, and they were very courteous, and scheduled a 4 hour window for later in the day. The technician Eddie, called me an hour out to tell me he was on his way. He asked me what then problem was, and he showed up right in the middle of the window. He immediately knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts on his truck, and fixed my Samsung in about an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, and just a real gentleman. I highly recommend Comfort Home for their excellent work. Thanks Eddie!”

“I was running late and need to stop and get razor blades. The store was busy. I seen a associate coming around the corner before I could ask if she could help me she offered her assistance showing me exactly where the razors were since they were locked up she was able to get them for me and take me to the customer service desk and ring out my order saving me a lot of time and aggravation unfortunately I don't know her what her name is right this minute but when I get a chance I will definitely pull it off from the receipt because she was outstanding and that's what makes the difference between any other place and the Walmart Neighborhood Market”

“I love shopping at the Dollar Tree! It's easy to shop when anything and everything is only a dollar--no need to check for price. I frequent the Simmons location because it's well stocked and clean, even at night. Staff is friendly and always willing to help me find something when I need help. One night, my car battery died. I called for service but they said it would take an hour to get to me. Crystal, the store's night manager noticed my car's hood was up and asked me if I needed help. When I explained what happened, she called her husband to bring jumper cables and they both helped me jump my car battery so I could start my car. I was able to leave and purchase a new battery that night. Crystal is Amazing! She went above and beyond great customer service. I'm so glad she's the store night manager. People like Crystal make customers loyal to businesses. This location is now my favorite!”
