“I take my handicapped mother to this office. She has been seeing Dr. Early for 7 or 8 years now and he is a very friendly doctor who always makes sure everything she needs is taken care of. They keep a good list of past visits and medications so they are always sending refills to the pharmacy and if u do need a refill on something, u can call and they almost always get it called in by the end of the day. Entire staff is very good and friendly.”

“I have used SDMI for many years for MRI's or x-rays for me and my children and I have always returned because of the professional, and thorough care that we receive. Today I went to the location on Sunset and Green Valley in Henderson and this experience was even more exceptional because of the level of cleanliness, social distancing measures, and safety precautions in place during the COVID-19 outbreak. I have needed an MRI for months but I have been very scared about being exposed to the virus for fear of bringing it home to my 8 yr old daughter that was diagnosed with a brain tumor in early March right before the outbreak of the virus. SDMI is the Radiology Facility that found my daughters brain tumor so for that I will be forever grateful ?and I will be a lifetime customer. While there for my MRI visit I was very impressed with the social distancing practices that SDMI was using. Every other seat had a sign letting customers know to sit in the next seat so that customers were not sitting next to each other. Also when you walk in they provide hand sanitizer and masks. They also have you keep the pen you use to sign in and you use this pen to fill out all paperwork so this is a very smart practice to prevent spreading germs. When I go home I will still take other precautions to ensure germs are not brought into my home but I feel confident that SDMI did everything possible to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their facility. Thank you to the staff at the front (Erick and Andrea) for being so friendly, kind and accommodating and thank you to the other staff that is involved in keeping the facility so clean. I want to give a special thanks to the MRI technician Ben for being willing to delay his lunch so that he could still fit me in the schedule. Keep up the great work everyone and stay safe out there!?”

The staff went out of there way to get anything I needed no matter the time of day. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. The free breakfast was delicious too! “Mr. Lusk is exemplary. He defines what it means to be a role model and an instructor. He is very knowledgeable and has experience in a multitude of the arts. This school does a very good job of creating a sense of community. Everyone here is very kind. It is a very positive place. My family and I felt comfortable immediately. Every so often they do a special event for the kids, such as, movie nights and lightsaber building. Also, Mr. Lusk is very conscious of making sure he doesn't push any of the older folks too hard. One more plus, you don't have to worry about signing a contract. All payments are from month-to-month and he offers a free trial.”

“Dr Leovy is amazing. I’ve been to several doctors in the Las Vegas area and none of them felt right. Dr Leovy is compassionate and I always feel at ease in her presence, as if she were a great friend I’ve known for years or maybe a favorite aunt. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the ladies at the front end have always been professional and kind. I’ve found that in most medical offices, the people that work at the front desk are usually the worst. In almost every medical office I’ve been to they’re usually rude and behave as if they’d rather eat dirt than smile at another patient and pretend to love a job they obviously hate. But!...the ladies at the front desk here are nothing like that and seem to be happy in their choice of profession and employer. I’ll be recommending this office to anyone who asks.”
