Other places were not so helpful, however. This place was awesome!!! Becky was really nice, welcoming and friendly!!! She promptly corresponded with myself as well as submitting our application for residency. The process was fast and painless. The home we ended up selecting was brand new and very beautiful!!! So with that said, all in all the park is a pretty good place to live. Its not the best place, but it's not the worst. Mostly the problem here is management. Extremely shady. He sold it in 2008 for I think was 35 Million, and Bought "Rancho Cost-a-lotta" my Brother receives Social Security, and I receive 30% Service Connected VA Disability, and Social Security Disability also. We each get about 1,200.00mo.”

“Very nice park. Beautiful views from the Lake view sites. Restroom is nice and clean, but quite a distant from our campsite. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Will Definately stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Only drawback is it is in the Lake Mead National Recreational Area, so know you have to pay $25 to enter the National Park or use an allowed pass. Your space rental does not cover entrance to the National Park.”
