Price was very reasonable with quality workmanship and the shop owner gave us a little tutorial on how to use our new bikes. Also kudos on the clever, nerdy name bicycle “lab” as well as the cool bike “autopsy” table and faux bike X-rays on the wall. The owner obviously put a lot of thought into the name and shop setup and that same thoughtfulness is evident in his top notch work!”

Last time I came for a full service on my vehicle on a car I had just bought and they pulled me aside and told me some super suspicious stuff about my car that made me sell that car like 2 months later due to so many red flags. I wouldn’t have known without them telling me. I got an oil change, filter, and inspection that time. I came again today and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change on a super busy day. I love the convenience of picking up my food at the location, and they go through everything to make sure there are no mistakes. The periodic measurements are also great to see how much I’m losing in inches (over 9 inches so far). I haven’t increased my exercise much, but by following the healthy and portion controlled food selections (which are delicious), I’m losing weight, never hungry and feel so much better.
