In this store, the guitar room has all of the acoustics open, and you are encouraged to play instead of being watched. The manager, Frederick, is incredibly helpful and will always go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied. The floor staff, like all stores, varies in competence and expertise but they all have this great attitude about helping you. Definitely the place to buy a guitar.”

There are a lot of strum groups around town but this is the place to go if you want to become a musician. Julie is amazing, talented, loving and kind. Evan tells great stories, has fun, but wants to help you become a real musician. It's clear they both have a passion for teaching music. A bonus - Peter Luongo comes in once a month. They also teach many other instruments. A great music school, a non profit business model and I understand they may have some scholarship funds for young students.”

“There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably. The whole experience was very professionally handled by knowledgeable salesmen who were very friendly and did not pressure us in any way for a sale.
