“My experience with garnering a unit at the public storage on W Charleston was really great. I went online to hold the unit on Sunday morning, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the office was going to open at 9:30 AM. Almost exactly 9:30 AM, the store manager, Cecil called me to thank me for my business and to confirm my arrival to complete the rental process. When I arrived, he went through all of the paperwork thoroughly and was very informative about the property and how everything worked. I look forward to my storage experience with this facility. Also… I have rented from a public storage in the past and it wasn’t so great… Mainly because it was not an air-conditioned facility and unfortunately attracted rodents, but this one is air conditioned, so I feel like it will be a much better experience.”

Price was very reasonable with quality workmanship and the shop owner gave us a little tutorial on how to use our new bikes. Also kudos on the clever, nerdy name bicycle “lab” as well as the cool bike “autopsy” table and faux bike X-rays on the wall. The owner obviously put a lot of thought into the name and shop setup and that same thoughtfulness is evident in his top notch work!”

Last time I came for a full service on my vehicle on a car I had just bought and they pulled me aside and told me some super suspicious stuff about my car that made me sell that car like 2 months later due to so many red flags. I wouldn’t have known without them telling me. I got an oil change, filter, and inspection that time. I came again today and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change on a super busy day.
