I felt safe and a lot more gun smart after spending the day with Sarge, Stephanie, Chuck and Kris!! My favorite part was the humor and enthusiasm they use to teach each step. Although they put us through a bootcamp of proper gun use and technique, it wasn't an intimidating or grueling experience. The teachers are not rude to their students nor do they make inappropriate remarks to them. Ms. Telford was one of my children's 5th grade teacher. I volunteered in her classroom and was impressed on her teaching techniques. She has the ability to redirect her students back to the tasks of the day. She never used rude language and was always professional. She never gives up on her students. She does an excellent job to prepare her students for the transition from elementary to middle school. I hope she will have the opportunity to be part of my youngest educational experience.”

We have an unusual toilet set-up, where the tank part of the toilet is built under a ledge, and the chain from the toilet handle had come undone. I, of course, attempted to fix it and had -0- Luck. I called Dignify (From Google search) they answered right away, scheduled me as soon as they were able. Antonio our service rep was FABULOUS, and literally had the handle repaired in minutes! He was awesome, and had all the parts he thought he may need with him, just in case (I loved the “pro-active” thinking). I will call Dignity Plumbing any time I get a plumbing opportunity, AND recommend them to anyone who is in need.
