I was given a few options after addressing some basic search criteria and had no problems with the purchasing and sales process. Richard from the Sales department (as well as Francesca) were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, there were no "pushy" comments made as you sometimes expect walking into a dealership. They were there to answer all questions as needed and went above and beyond. “After being a customer of the Nashua Miracle-Ear store for about 8 years, I absolutely find it important to praise Laurie Waters-Blanchette for her ability to FINALLY program my hearing aides for their optimum use. The other technicians that I have worked with over the years were never able to balance my hearing loss to my hearing aides and as a result, I was still not hearing properly even after investing thousands to do so. This is a first and I couldn't be happier with her welcoming style and her willingness to discuss my hearing needs in depth....and then to be able to program my aides properly. She called multiple other places to try to get us taken care of, as she didn't have a space for us. She was so amazing and supportive during a stressful time for us. Naturally there was all kinds of issues as there always seems to be at the cell phone store or the mechanic ???????? however the sales associate and solutions manager were beyond helpful and understanding as the minutes ticked by until I walked out at 7:30 when they closed at 6 however happy and fully upgraded. This location is fantastic.”

“Really good salespeople, they are helpful and answer questions, but are not pushy salespeople. We made an informed decision with input from them. When the furniture arrived the delivery people did a really good job getting it unwrapped, all set up and putting scratch resistant pads on all the feet to protect our floors. They took all the packaging away with them. Very satisfied!”

“Cool place could spend hours here. We came to the store while there were several other customers and we had a lot of questions to ask. The staff was friendly knew their product and were very helpful. I felt Trevor and Laura were very honest with me and not just trying to make me buy yet I spent more than I intended but left feeling excited about my purchase. He answered all our questions and seemed sincerely interested in our conversation and helping us but also let us check out the store without us feeling pressured. When leaving the store my father asked for his supervisor's info so he could tell them what a great person they have working for the store but was told that wasn't necessary and he looked forward to us coming back to give our feedback whether good or bad. Felt the least I could do was give a good review. Will definitely be back soon”

“The store manager Irina called me personally and expressed that she was working hard to make new Bassett in Nashua a top notch facility. She offered to replace our sofa and get us one with a new fabric....at most discount possible! This really went above and beyond and is the service I was looking for. We met with her personally and picked out something that was durable and fit our needs better than the basket weave fabric did. I am so impressed with the level of service they have provided. I will now recommend Bassett Design Center in Nashua to everyone. My only advice: make sure you speak to your representative about your lifestyle and durability needs so that you get a fabric that will last you!”

“I bought a Calligaris dining room set as well as a storage sofa bed from Italmoda Furniture in Nashua. The shopping experience there was wonderful - they actually went and moved several pieces of furniture around to actually see how my chosen pieces would look together. The sales person Derek helped me with the design and I am now using the design ideas recommended by him in my family room! He was very helpful and patient. Upon delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs had a minor dent on a leg. I called Italmoda store and they asked me to email pictures of the issue to their customer service. They did not even ask me one single question - their reply was simple: we will replace it; you will be contacted to with a delivery date. The replacement was quick and hassle-free. A great experience and I now have an Italian dining set! I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on long term quality, but so far so good!”

“I have been waiting to visit this McDonald’s for a long time as a matter fact I have been wanting to go to this McDonald’s since they completed their remodel and I just was able to go last week and let me tell you something it was definitely worth the wait however then again it wasn’t worth the wait I should’ve come in a lot sooner as the service was simply amazing the staff and crew at this McDonald’s are awesome. The food was ordered at their front counter as they still have front counter service and the food was delivered to our table hot and fresh And extremely tasty. I have worked for McDonald’s in the past and even the McDonald’s I worked for the food wasn’t this good however this McDonald’s takes pride in care in the food in which they are preparing selling and serving. They also paid a better wage the most McDonald’s in the city of Nashua as I was told they pay us starting rate of about $12 an hour and that’s not bad for a single person or person looking for a part-time job to get a little bit of money to help cover some costs. I highly recommend this McDonald’s to all the people that read my reviews and to all the people that happen to be coming into Nashua or that live in Nashua please visit this McDonald’s as they will get the best quality food and the best service available in the fast food industry.”
