“I've been here many times because of my obsession with Pad Thai and y'all they make a good one! The flavors are so well balanced with sweetness, acidity and a little bit of funkiness- exactly how it's supposed to be! I've had the chicken and Tofu pad Thai and both are excellent! The tofu is done especially well, it's fried with a lovely texture. I've tried very little else because I have a hard time not getting pad Thai, but I can say the red curry is also delicious- very coconut forward. I also love their mango sticky rice dessert- with lots of condensed milk, so good! I recently tried the dumpling appetizer, I wasn't thrilled with these, they lacked flavor and were just kind of wet. But that's really the only thing I haven't loved here!”

“This place just keeps getting better. In its earlier days, the land was used as a quarry. Eventually, the whole that was dug was filled with water. When the project for the nature reserve first started the water was very dirty with machines even under the water. There were cranes all around and pipes everywhere. Since then, the community has come together to clean it up and make it their nature reserve. Kids from the Catawba Project plant trees and flowers while EHT Residents and public works go around to clean the place seasonally. It's a great place to go running, walking, biking, boating, or fishing. I love coming here with my family and friends to enjoy the nature. There are two parking lots which can get full quickly some days. No motor vehicles are allowed which means no quads, dirt bikes, or motorboats. They pollute the land. It is truly a nice place and if your visiting the area this is definitely a great place to see.”
