“My son needed a cardiac clearance exam asap to be allowed to practice with his new very high level soccer team. I showed up on a Monday morning and practically begged to be seen. Next appt was a month away but coukd squeeze him in Thursday. The wonderful staff called me back 2 hours later saying they can get him at noon same day. We raced back, were immediately brought in and he was evaluated by Dr. Rhee within minutes. Thankfully all was good and my son got his clearance. She explained everything clearly, had a pleasant bedside manner and even explained the possible coverages by my insurance. “I came to Care One after a knee replacement. My goal was to go home to a house with a lot of stairs. When I first arrived at CareOne I couldn't do any steps and walked only a short distance with a walker. Occupational Therapy had to observe me to ensure I was able to take care of my self care needs safely. The nursing and physician staff assisted with pain management so I was able to function and participate in therapy. With the cheerfully, relentless help of the Physical Therapist's, I can now use a cane to walk up & down four flights of steps. I can also walk at least 250' with the cane by myself. I had a home visit with an Occupational and Physical Therapist who observed the safety of my home environment and also observed me performing daily activities within my home. Before my surgery I knew I was not going to be able to go home from the hospital. I'm glad I came to CareOne as they gave me the strength and courage I needed to get home safely.”
