“I seriously LOVE Armanios! I needed custom cushions for my dining nook. Armanio personally came to my house and calculated the very tricky proportions. Then, when it turned out I hadn't provided enough material (my bad!), the lovely lady who makes the custom upholstery provided coordinating fabric for the cushion undersides free of charge. Beautiful piping work. The custom cushions fit my tricky dining bench and back exactly. I am very happy with their work. The couple who run this small shop are charming and have a sophisticated eye. Would not go anywhere else, this shop is a hidden gem.”

When I walked in today to find out more about the delivery I explained to him that I wanted my current living room delivered to the new apartment of a church friend whose entire apartment was burned down. Both of them took their time to make sure that I got the they had the table. I also bought some other chairs that I wanted which they didn't have in stock but were coming in on the next truck. She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored. “I was looking for a new leather sofa, and after some extensive search and the great reviews on Google, I decided to visit Fabio & Co. The showroom in NJ is decent size but it didn’t have all the models. Oren assisted us. He was knowledgeable and professional. I found the sofa I like and paid in full the same day. I was aware of the waiting time of 3 months because everything was made to order. I gave 4 stars review because the quality of products are good. However, the after sale service was not very satisfying. Around the time my new sofa was supposed to come, I needed to get rid of my old sofa, so I called a couple times to the showroom to find out a more precise time frame, so I could arrange when to get rid of my old sofa, and not having to sit on the floor. The time frame given to me wasn’t consistent. So I ended up having no sofa for a week. Oren told me he would be the one calling me to let me know the sofa arrived the US, but instead, the delivery company called and arranged the shipping. After the sofa was delivered, nobody called me to follow up to see how everything worked out. I am quite disappointed with the service. I was thinking to see how their furniture and service is and potentially buy more furniture as I am replacing other furniture in my apartment. Now I don’t think I will go back again. I felt they just took my money and didn’t care everything else afterwards. I can’t even imagine if I have problems with my sofa later, what do I do? They do have good products here, but don’t expect too much about the after sale service. I wish this could have done better.”
