(November 6, 2018, 10:32 am)The art of living is a very inclusive environment that supports all people from different backgrounds that are looking for a similar goal which is happiness. The lessons that I have learned through my 3 days experience are those that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. When you seek peace and happiness instead of waiting for it to seek you, you realize that is when you are at the utmost clarity and when you can really maximize your potential in this world. Santoshi and Avinash were my teachers during this experience and they helped me identify my personal weaknesses and further build on my strengths. I highly recommend the art of living not only for the happiness course but also for body and spirit practices too. They offer free Sri Sri yoga sessions, and meditation practices. I do not want to bias anyone from having their own great experience so come see for yourself. I promise that you will not regret it.
(November 5, 2018, 1:44 pm)I participated in the Happiness Program about 4 years back, which transformed my life. I regret not having done it earlier. There are programs for all age groups with time tested positive results. Strongly recommended.......
(November 5, 2018, 12:30 pm)What a Gem and awesome place to learn meditation and yoga...Meditation is a supreme art and learning from qualified teachers and practicing is a TRUE blessing in this current state of affairs and world ...Totally transformative guided courses , awesome group to support and help each other ..Can't be better than this ..Live the Joyful Life !!
