  Dr. Shapiro has been my primary care physician for over ten years. She is extremely knowledgeable with a warm, caring, attentive personality. She is very thorough, answers all of my questions, and she explains everything. Dr. Shapiro treats the whole person from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet! She doesn’t leave anything out! Along with traditional medications, I like that she also takes a natural/holistic approach to my care as well. Her staff members Kelly, Santa and Iris are very friendly, knowledgeable, organized and professional. I am always able to get an appointment and all phone calls are returned. If I need a specialist, I am given the very best referral and I have never been disappointed. Unlike other offices, Dr. Shapiro is prompt. None of that waiting forever nonsense occurs in her office. I trust her and her staff completely.

  Dr. Shapiro is a very caring & compassionate person. She foresaw a health ailment I have & took preventative measures until the complete diagnosis was given. I’m very grateful for that. She has taken the time to explain all of her findings throughly. Her staff is professional and always available to help. It is a great benefit that she is now concentrating on prevention care more. I am a strong advocate of such health care especially for seniors as I have suddenly become one, lol. Thank you Dr. Shapiro

  My Mom is Dr. Shapiro’s patient. I am taking her there regularly. Doctor is compationate and amazing. She is very personable and knowledgeable as well. Staff is friendly, affective and organized.

  Dr Shapiro is fantastic, was shocked to see low ratings on here. She is thorough in her diagnosis, asks many questions and explains her reasoning when assigning a diagnosis. She correctly diagnosed my wife in one instance when the hospital misdiagnosed her and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Most of the few complaints were about staff but I never had a bad experience, they are always polite and do what is required. The complaint of them not sending a prescription is bull, the doctor sends that electronically now and that's been the case for years.
