As someone who has been doing CrossFit for about 4 years, I had a lengthy break due to a motor vehicle accident. CrossFit Barbending however, is taking what I already knew, and perfecting it so I can come out stronger than I was before that accident. Stop on in, and get your sweat on! Your body will thank you later!

(December 20, 2022, 12:57 pm)CrossFit Barbending is a fantastic environment for people at any fitness level. Classes are structured with coaches that emphasize form and quality of movement. Modifying movements is always an option too.
The gym is super clean and equipment is maintained.

(October 21, 2022, 9:49 am)I joined CFBB for 3 weeks when I was visiting the area and truly had a great experience! The owners and coaches are amazing, understanding, and take the time to truly coach and lead the classes. 10/10 would recommend :)
