This boxing gym has made me a better version of myself. This gym is going to train your body and mind like nothing seen before. This gym is SUPER underrated and the best gym I’ve gone to.

Wonderful clean fun place to work out! The trainers are lots of fun and make you sweat. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.

Results Boxing & Fitness has been amazing for my 9 y/o son and this program has assisted with his ADHD. The coaches are amazing, super patient with the kids, helpful when my son doesn't quite understand how to proceed. Coach Lupo is very encouraging with him & provides positive reinforcement so that he remains engaged and excited for the next class! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for your child to remain active.
