(November 20, 2018, 10:17 am)I like how easy it is to book or cancel appointments using the app. Check in is super easy. So far, I've had classes with 4 different instructors, and have had a great experience with each one. I've taken a Roots class, a Restorative one, and 2 Beginner Aerial courses. It's been really great. Some have been more fun and exploratory, while others have been more of a work out. I like that it's different each time, so it stays interesting. I've been having great experiences so far.

The owner is very welcoming and ensures that everyone is enjoying their classes. The atmosphere is positive and the rooms are decorated with beautiful mandalas, quotes and plants. Various class times throughout the day and on the weekends to make it easy for people's busy schedules. Prices are good especially if you utilize the 30 days $30 trial to see if you want to join.

(September 21, 2018, 9:45 am)I come here sometimes with my best friend who is a member. This place is amazing....the teachers and staff and wonderful. I am a beginner and the roots classes are phenomenal....gentle but you still sweat and feel like you worked your body. They teach you how to perfect your practice and you leave feeling great. Friday nights after a long work week are a must...p.s. stay for the guided meditation and you will never feel better!
