So peaceful! Best place I've been to.
The Inner Light Yoga Center (ILYC) is the best yoga studio around! I LOVE the yoga classes here! I have been taking classes at this studio for over a year and it has helped me transform my life (mind, body, and spirit). A wide range of classes from Introductory to Advanced (called “The Practice) are offered at the studio. The multi-level courses are for all levels of students (novice or advanced). I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training at this yoga studio and find the multi-level and advanced classes (The Practice) fun & challenging and they are helping me take my practice to the next level. There is a nice mix of movements and holding poses all done paying careful attention to safe alignment of the body while flowing with the breath. The owner of the studio, and lead yoga teacher Tarra, has a doctorate in chiropractic medicine. Her understanding of the body and skeletal system combined with her knowledge of yoga make for an exceptional experience. Tarra trains all the yoga teachers who teach classes at the center and they are all certified and outstanding teachers. The facility has beautiful lighting and wooden floors and the ambiance is serene. The prices are very reasonable (check out the class card rates). I highly recommend this studio to people interested in all levels of yoga. If you are looking for a studio where you can take your practice to the next level look no further and check out the ILYC!
Inner Light Yoga Center offers a variety of great classes in a newly renovated, welcoming and relaxing environment. Love the bamboo floors! If you are looking to develop a strong invigorating practice, the multi-level classes are awesome and definitely challenging, for newbies to the most advanced yogis! Gentle classes and beginner classes offer thorough and grounding practices for all levels as well. Workshops are held throughout the year, from Restorative to Teacher training. Check it out!!!
I am so happy to have found this place. I have taken classes in the City at top studios and with great instructors, the instructors at Inner Light Yoga Center are just as good if not better. The classes are challenging and fun. The multi-level classes have plenty of options for beginners while allowing those who are advanced to truly deepen their practice. One of the best studios I have been to and clearly the best in this area!
