“I have been going to F45 North Brunswick for the past 1 year and attended over 250 classes as of now. I have lost over 30 lbs, toned my body, reduced body fat and gained muscle, my belly transformed from family pack to flat pack, feeling strength, and being able to wear my old Jeans etc. These classes are so awesome, mixed with cardio &/ strength based training, different patterns etc. you will never get bored. 45 minutes(yes, Functional Training 45 = F45 ) class will push you to the edge, you feel your heart is literally falling apart, lots of sweating, burn out lots of calories. Everyone in the group put their 100% effort and keep you motivated and encouraged throughout the session. The Coaches/Manger are very helpful, supportive, guide you when you correct mistakes during workout, push you extra to go to the next complex level , motivate you throughout the class, and answer your questions . They also help with nutrition, review in-body scan reports & suggest some ideas. Gym is located in a very nice neighborhood, bigger area to workout, plenty of parking around, and the owner is keeping this place neat and clean and making sure no odor smells around.”
